Sausalito was excellent from start to finish! We had the plated dinner for 222 people at The Old Courthouse in Downtown Cleveland. This venue does not have a kitchen on site and I was amazed at how delicious & hot! everything was, it was even better than what I remembered at our tasting!  Babu and his staff were excellent and they catered to everything we needed. (My glass was never empty!) Babu was so easy to get ahold of and rapid in his responses, which everyone appreciates. They paid great attention to detail and were willing to help out wherever needed, even if it wasn't apart of the "catering." They set up quickly and cleaned up so well it didn't even look like they were there! I would highly recommend Sausalito to cater any event you have!
